Returns & Exchanges

Given the personalized nature of our goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for most of our sold products. However, non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. These returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping is to be arranged and paid by the buyer as well.

For personalized items, we will honor cancellations made within 12 hours of your time of purchase. While we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized items, if you have any issues with any product, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to make it right.
