2022 Year In Review
Hello again everyone!
2022 was a busy year. As a result, we needed January & February to take a breather and prep a bit for the year ahead. So here we are, finally getting around to our year-end review…better late than never, right? Let’s get to it!
We made some fun new friends in 2022, a few of which are near and dear to my heart. Lawrence Country Club, Sycamore Ridge Golf Club, and the Amateur Players Tour just to name a few of our new partners. However, the highlight of our year came towards the holiday period.
As I’m sure you’re all more than aware of by now, our Leather Bag Tag Wallets were featured this past holiday season in one of Golf Digest’s Best Golf Gifts of 2022 list by GD’s Product Editor, Brittany Romano. It was a crazy, pleasant surprise and one that kept us on our toes from mid-November through December. Golf Digest has long been one of my favorite golf publications (just like every other golf nerd out there) so to have one of our favorite products featured was really cool to experience. By all accounts, each gift was very well received so we’ve set aside a good amount of raw materials for more bag tags in 2023! I’d encourage you all to check out some more of Brittany’s product features linked above. There’s some really cool stuff out there!
This year, we were lucky enough to give back to few different places! The newest recipient is the super awesome, Youth On Course program. Our donation specifically, went through our friends at Central Links to help the February Funding Drive for the Kansas and Kansas City branches of the program. For those unfamiliar, please go check it out. The YOC program is fantastic at bringing affordable golf options to youth across the country.
As always, thanks again for reading. We’ve got some fun things we’re working on for 2023 so in the meantime, be good and talk to you again soon!
Best // Eric
